Display Events 2

Our Company has a Definity Gs3i on Version 11 software. Does anyone know where i can get a full listing of 'Event Types' and 'Event Descriptions' as i'm just beginning to look at Events, and have noticed that some occur lots of times. It's things like 'Abnormal IDSN Drop' I need to look at and stop from happening.

You have all the time this type of message.
This message appear when for example the call is drop because the user is busy or this is a wrong number.
If you wan't could you post some details about the value this abdormal events:see this sample:
Event type Event description Event Data 1
1164 ISDN call reject CV/CID 18
this events indicate the you have don't reach a number because this number is wrong RNIS cause value=24

Hello...

These are the types of ISDN events that i am getting:

1166 Abnormal ISDN drop D2=CV 3EE 1F 06/10/08:59 06/10/08:59 1

1164 ISDN call reject D2=CV 830001 66 06/10/09:28 06/10/10:28 12

I'm not sure how important they are, or for that matter what they mean, as I can't find any written information to help me out.

If you have any ideas, that would be a great help. )

I was once told by Denver that some of the Event Codes were proprietary and were not published. I haven't been able to find information on 1164 and 1166 Event Codes....
