Somewhere you are trying to play an announcement that hasn't been recorded. The 8C002C doesn't convey any meaning to me. I built a VDN/VECTOR pair, added an announcement, didn't record and when calling the VDN get a similar 2027 error although my Data 1 value was 8C0020.
Execute the command "list integrated" and all of your announcments will be listed. There should be one with a length in seconds of "0".
