Display DB in SYSTEMS TRAY

Hi all,

2-part question :
Part 1:
Is there a way to hide/limit the windows that appear in the task bar?

I mean when I open a Access DB, a Switchboard comes up. When I click on one of the buttons, it bring out a form.

Now I have 3 windows in my taskbar (.... think it is called "taskbar" .... the empty space between the "shortcuts" on the left and the "clock" on the right.).

PART 2:
When minimized, is there a way to display DB in the [red] SYSTEMS TRAY [/red]? I don't want a 3rd party software. Just some VBA code, if possible.

Thanks for the reference.

I posted in the "forms" then I realized that my "PART 2" was more of a VBA question.

I am still waiting for the solution to PART 2 (if there are any).

By the way, PHV helped me with PART-1, quick and simple solution.
