I'm creating a report for the previous 13 months using the following formula, {dateended} > (CurrentDate - 395) and then setting the selection expert for the formula to IS TRUE. The end users want to see a visual of the date range in the header. Is there a way to use the existing formula or do I have to create a new one to display the first and last date?
thanks for your help!

Using a formula in select expert is not very efficient as filter will not be parsed to database. All records will be returned to report and data filtered locally. Just enter

{dateended} > (CurrentDate - 395)

directly into select expert.

In either case you will require a formula to show start and end dates.

@Start
CurrentDate - 395

@End
CurrentDate

Alternatively for End you can use one of the built in special fields Printdate
