display code on 4412D+

Hi,

Our receptionist phone shows the letter H on it, where it usually show G. Can anyone tell me what these letters mean?

G= In a group (hunt group)
H= Held calls


See the user guide for 4400 for all letter meanings

how would i get the phone to go back to the hunt group? i looked at the 4400 guide from avaya's site that you suggested, it didn't have any of the letter meanings.

Go into the pdf files on the Documentation CD and find the 4400,6400, transtalk user guide.
If the station has been disabled from the hunt group, look at the hunt group in manager and see if the ext number is preceded by a *. If so, right click and enable.
