I have a Sun Solaris 10 v240 with 4 disks. I want to mirror my root disk 0 to disk 2 with disksuite (svm). I am not using ZFS. There is also 1 partition on disk 1 that I want to mirror to disk 3.

Can I include that in my initial configuration or can I only do disk 0 to disk 2? If I can do this, can I set up a different state database on disk 1 and disk 3 and just create the mirror like I did for the root drive?

Thank you.

my friend,

you are working in a very critical part. if you want me i can send you the complete procedure for this task. just send me the partition table of the two main disks. i will send you the procedure whenever i receive what i want.

regards,
/houssien
