disk replace procedure in concurrent mode

Hi everyone!!!
I got a one question in HACMP
my customer got a disk problem in concurrent mode
so, i will replace failed disk at tomorrow.
How can i replace failed disk ?
does anybody have disk replace procedure?

Check out chapter 5 in the HACMP admin. guide, this is downloadable from:

I would use the C-SPOC section, of course it also depends what version they are on.
