Disk nearly full on partition '/additional-hdd#1/partition1'. Only 459MB free.Error in ACR 12.1

Hi ,
It's a new installation of Avaya Contact recorder with Application server and I did the configuration as per the documentation.I am getting the the error "Disk nearly full on partition '/additional-hdd#1/partition1'. Only 459MB free." But I am having 1 TB HDD free space. Beyond The ACR still running under trial version.

Are you sure that the disk hasn't any windows partition on it or something similar?

Linux installs usually have multiple partitions mounted in different locations of the file structure.

on my sevrer these are

/boot

345MB - I would expect this to be the same for all installations​

/

228gb which is the remainder of my disk space​

contact recorder should have a separate disk mounted for the recordings
to see the sizes of all mounted partitionds use the command df -h


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

? What else is running on the server
? In web control what is the 'Mount Point Path' set to.
? In Contact Recorder what is 'Call storage path' set to.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Have you tried stopping and starting the cscm service , it may just be a false report what does df -kh tell you ?
