I am trying to Mirror a 16GB drive to a 36GB Drive both SCSI. The drives are connected via the motherboard (No Array Card Configured.) Problem is it won't boot. I created the boot disk and set the partitions correctly. Tells me that NTOSKRNL is missing or corrupted when i test it. Do i need the Array Card to Mirror the drive? And once its Mirrored is there anyway to open up the entire 36GB Drive so it doesnt look like 16GB. Im running 2000 Advanced Server and doing the mirror in disk management.

Any tips or insight

check to see that you don't have a dynamic disk. 2000 will not boot from a dynamic disk.

It should start from dynamic disks because my web server has to discs in mirroring and they are dynamic (server is booting ok). Can be a problem because discs are not the same ?

I Believe You have to change the disk to dynamic if not then you will not be able to do the Mirroring in 2000 Advanced Server.
