discussion in exchange under public folder

My boss wants to start a discussion about a certain project, but he was askingme if i can have only one page, where people update it, not like if i respond it will be a second post and so on...
i dont think it has.
but if nybody knows any other ideas for this will be really appreciated.

Hello Karsh,

There are a couple of options that might work for you and it is under the public folders.

First create the Public Folder (if not already created), and assign permissions as needed.
Then from Outlook, right click on that Public Folder and choose "Add Folder".
Now experiment with these two types of folders: Notes and Journal, and see if they may work. With the Notes you add in what looks like a "sticky note" and you should be able to add on information as needed. With Journal you can start an item and add to it.

as i guess, once u make changes in already existing note, it wont tell that it was modified on wht date..
nyways, let me give a shot..
