I have a station (Port X) that is pointing to a time-of-day coverage path that points during the day (one ring) to an "assistant's" station (for 2 rings), then to an answer group (for 2 rings) and lastly to a voice mail hunt group.
I had set it up initially, in GEDI.
The assistant's supervisor kept complaing that it was ringing too long before going to the assistant and the assistant kept complaining that it didn't ring long enough before going to the answer group.
Finally I had enough of the complaints and did a trace on the station.
I found that the station was actually ringing for 10 or 15 seconds before going to the assistant and then 3 or 4 seconds before going to the answer group.
Since I was already in the emulator I looked at the coverage path and found that the intervals were not agreeing with what GEDI said.
I changed the coverage path in the emulator and it now agrees with GEDI and works as planned.
But how can this be???
