Discover on phone when VPN site was disconnect and reconnect

Hi,


I have 2 sites :
- 1er site : IPO500V1 R8 + 40 phones ( DHCP with IPO500)
- 2nd site : connected to VPN on 1er site (IO500) + 20 phones (DHCP with CISCO router)

When the VPN was disconnect, and reconnect, the phones on 2nd site are locked to "Discover XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX"
I must to disconnect/reconnect all phones to sites on VPN
The site where is the IPO 500, it's ok of course.

Is that the phones on 2nd site, can automatically register when the VPN is disconnect/reconnect ? why theses phones arent locked to "Discover XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" when the VPN is disconnect/reconnect ?

You may try to assign 'static' ip address on those phones.

The phones should reboot themselves after a couple of minutes.

Theses 20 phones dont reboot, after several hours. They are blocked => "Discover XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX"
This only happens on the 2nd site on VPN.
