Hi,
We faced the following issue.:
The softphone (2050 PC) disconnects from the server in certain when the agents will be ideal:
The softphone pass through the firewall there are any ports/configuration to be applied to fix this issue?
FYI: when the softphone is connected to switch who the call server is implemented nothing happened!!
