disconnected sessions on Metaframe XP

A few of my programmers want to start a job at home logging into our Metaframe XP server. They start the job and then they disconnect and then when they get to work and log in it starts a new session and does not pick up where they disconnected from home. In Citrix management console I see both their disconneted session and the new one that started at work. How do I resolve this that they pick up their disconnected session here at work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure that on the ICA settings you have it set to allow reconnection from any client.
