disconnected phone

I have a user whose phone needs to be disconnected for one day. She will be sitting at another users phone. How do I make her calls forward to a different extension? If she does not answer, how do I make her calls go to her voice mail?

At her phone press the feature button than 4. Than enter the extension number you are forwarding too. When people call for her it will forward to the extenbsion you entered. If she doesn't pick up at this new extension the call will go to the voicemail of the originally called number.
