I have a problem!

I have IP403 v1.3, IP400 Phone 8POT, 4xBRI, 4xAnalog Line.
About 80% calls is disconnected. Time after disconnected is different, sometimes it is 1, 2 or 7 minutes. This problem has happend on analog line and bri-line, also on outgoing and incoming calls.

Any ideas.
Thanks!

Are you saying that when you are on a call approx 1,2, 7 mins that line will drop dead / disconnect for no reason.

If this is the case you need to work our if the calls are being dropped by the carrier or if the IPO is dropping them, I would suggest you setup some logging using MONITOR.

Try disconnecting you ALOG lines from the 4X card and just use the BRI's for a day, and see if it helps. In monitor you would want to set up ISDN L3 and L2 Packets and events.

Can you confirm the BRI is in slot B.
It may also be a good idea to get off 1.3 and go to 1.4 or V2.0 (Yes another person saying upgrade)

I'm having the same issues with a IP 403 8 pots 2x4port analog cards the call disconnects randomly sometimes immediately sometimes after a few minutes. v1.4

Again I would start by upgrading to 2.0(18) if possable then configure tracing and see what it is stating is the reason for the dropping
