Hi IPOCC Gurus,

One of my customers are complaining on calls dirupted/disconnected when talking.
Where do I look for theese calls, and get closer to what happens?

I have triede the Contact Detail Reports, but not to much help.
Will the TTrace Console help me out?

Or do I need to start a SysMon on the IP Office server/gateway, that logs the ISDN Trunk/call?

Regard, Allan

You need to start with SysMon to know what disconnects the call and go from there.

Thanks Janni78 - any suggestions on how to filter/set the trace options, to locate this issue the best?
Will it be enough to set the ISDN Layer 3? Or would a Default All be best, with som additional options?

Hope You have some advice :)

Default with ISDN L3.
