I have a full auto attendant setup. Is there a way for me to setup the system so It will disconnect the call if the caller doesn't press any options. Right now the calls goes to the attendant.

Try programming the attendant as a bogus extension. Then record the greeting in mb100 as "Exiting the system".

Log into F983 to turn Adnt OFF
Use 000 as the bogus number.
