Disconnect from Voice Mail without Hanging Up? 1

We have a Merlin Mail Legend system, version 5.0.

We have several out of state Board members who frequently dial into our system and leave voice mail messages. Because they are charging their calls to a credit card, and would like to continue their credit card connection after leaving the voice mail - they want a way to disconnect from Merlin Mail without hanging up their phone.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Yep , press * * 9; also many calling cards offer the option to disconnect and dial again, check with the calling card rules.
