Hi, I am onboard a ship using satelite communication converted to analog trunks. These are connected and programmed as cot route and members. All incoming traffic is routed to CallPilot automatic attendant, and the problem is if the caller hangs up before any answer on the CS1000, both the cot and the 2008 line on CP are not disconnectet. Is there a way of solving this?, Thanks RunLun

If you are dealing with Maritime Telecom convert to Tie E and M trunks, they can make the change without any trouble.

Ok, maybee I am in a wrong country (this ship has the satelite connection to Norway). But is there a proper solution using satelite connection converted to E&M trunk?

All COTs auto terminate in Callpilot need to be GROUND Start or you will have disconnecte issue.

Ok, thanks, is there a solution using forced disconect on the analog trunks? For example let the timer disconnect the trunk after 20 min

Sure, print the RDB - note the TIMR section. Then try to set the TIMR TFD value to 1200 (for 20 minutes). It's worth a try.

The timer maxes out at 3600 (one hour)
