ok, so I've set up an automatic outgoing disclaimer, which works beautifully. But does anyone know if there's a way of appending the text to internal mail (ie - messages going through the MTA?)

I am currently trying to set up an e-mail disclaimer on external mail. How did you set your external e-mail disclaimer up?

First of all you need to install the IMS Extension - take a look here:

Then after you've done that, click on the link "Using IMS Extension" and look at the heading "Appending Text to Outbound E-Mail", and take a look at the examples to help you. Easy...

And thanks by the way, you made me look into my documentation, and I found the answer to my question in those links I gave you :D ...if only... anyway it might help someone else out.

Stupid me! It wasn't what I was looking for, I mistook Inbound mail with Internal mail, so my original question still applies!

sorry to keep pestering but I cannot find that dll file on the Back Office cd I have. Could you e-mail it to me at chris_longton@hotmail.com I would be forever in your debt. I am also looking at the internal problem if I find anything I will stick it on the site.

Cheers
