Disble sound button on phone 1

Hi

I have a customer ho needs to block his users to set the sound of ths ringer to O om his IP Office R 9.0
I supose i need to add or change some lines to 46XXsettings file but i dont know witchone or im not finding any

Can you guys assist?

try issuing a P45 to anyone disobeying the instruction to not turn of the ringer!

already did it tho customer but ....... not the solution

I've not tested it on an IP Office but

SET AUDASYS 1

in the 46xxsettings file may do what you want...

Edited - copied in the wrong value (bad keyboard day...)

Depends what phones you have if it works or not.
