Disaster recovery procedure for IIS 4

I need to find a good way to move my IIS Server onto a new box in case it crashes. I've tried restoring from backup and I get everything but IIS won't start. Is there a documented way to do it?

If you don't use RAID on your system, a convenient disaster recovery method is to use Norton Ghost. You can find more information on this product at
