Disappearing Hard Drive

I have an external 111GB Western Digital Hard Drive that im having some problems with. About an hour and a half ago

I was using it, but was having some slow down issues. So I restarted it, and when I got back on, I could see the hard drive fine, but when I went to click on the file of the game I wanted to play, it gave me an error about not being connected right or something. It was wierd because it was just one file on the hard drive, and all others could be opened, but the one caused the computer to lock up then display that error.

With that, I restarted the computer, and upon opening my computer, I can see the hard drive, and It says that it has 5GB/111GB left so its not like theres not stuff there, but when I open it all I see is a blank window.

Anyone know whats wrong/How to fix this?
