Disappearing Appointments

Hi Folks,

I have seen similar posts to this on the forum but none with a solution and am wondering if anyone has any feedback on this. My CEO is having issues whereby meetings are apparently disappearing from his calendar - meetings that he has raised and which he swears he did not delete.

Has anyone any suggestions as to why this could happen. His PA has access to his calendar and he also has a blackberry.

I had a similar case and it turned out to be that he was filtering the calendar view and some "went away", but they were jsut hidden. You don't mention any steps you have already taken to troubleshoot, so here's an idea. What have you don't so far to troubleshoot?
 
I didn't even know where to start troubleshooting. He is renowned for IT anomolies and I was putting out feelers to see if it was a possibility for meetings to just disappear.

Maybe his email profile is bad. Are users on Exchange server? Does it happen with one specific person, company, date, month; find a pattern.
 
Ask him to give you as much detail as possible about one of the "vanished" appointments then search Outlook using the Advanced Find for any of the keywords.
