Disallow all external calls incoming and outgoing

Calls are handled through auto attendant incoming and currently callers can access phones that way. Is there a way you not allow this to happen, so NO CALLS can be recieved or made to or from the outside world. They just want these dn's to be INTERNAL ONLY......any ideas??????

Just remove the line pool, or target lines, from the DN.

That fixes the dialing out issue, but not the dialing in from Auto Attendant......

Depending on your voicemail you can disable DN dialing.

Unfortunately not just a select group

Outbound is easy but as you've found out I don't think we can stop it exetension to extension and that's how the Voice mail treats a call when it's comming in transfers it.
