disabling onboard graphics

Hi,does anyone know for certain how to disable a SiS 315 onboard video from a MSI-7005 mobo?The init dispay first setting is set to AGP but when I insert the GForce FX5200 the screen remains in sleep mode.I've double checked the bios but there is no enable/disable option,and on the mobo I can't see a jumper that'll do the job.

I might try to update the BIOS (check the manufactures website). If the first init setting is set to AGP (I'm assuming you have a agp card) then my guess is that the Graphics card is dead.

Hi SirNuke,thanks for the tip,but I've managed to sort things out.Well, it was silly of me but the card needed an extra push into the AGP slot!Thanks again anyway!
