Disabling Line Side T-1

Do I disable a line side T-1 the same way I would disable a digital card? I would like to re-seat the card.

A couple of the ports on the card seem to keep busying out and in order to get them working again I have to out and rebuild? That's why I thought I'd re-seat the card and strat with that.

When disabling a Lineside T1 remember that you need to disable both card slots where the card sits. You can then reseat the card.
