Hello all,

Is it possible to have a dn appear on a key (i.e. key 02)? Long story but it comes down to a caller ID issue; I want the CID to show up on the 3903, but make the customer answer the analog phone beside it.

Thanks,
Nick

You'll have better luck in the CS1000 forum.

But, to the best of my knowledge, you can't have the button on the set and take away the ability to answer it. If you set the key 2 as SCN it will flash and not ring, which might entice the user to pick up the analog phone. Any particular reason the call can't be answered on the 3903?

wrong forum- but yes it is possible
Nortel/AVAYA 3903 ? correct
