Disabling Enabling Triggers through script

Is there a way to disable a trigger and enable it again? Do not want to drop and create if there is another way out.

Disable and enable a specific trigger.
ALTER TABLE trig_example DISABLE TRIGGER trig1
ALTER TABLE trig_example ENABLE TRIGGER trig1

Disable and enable all triggers in a table.
ALTER TABLE trig_example DISABLE TRIGGER trig1
ALTER TABLE trig_example ENABLE TRIGGER trig1 Terry L. Broadbent - DBA
