Disabling the ability to dial external lines in the DISA/VRS/Automatic Attendant 1-digit Code system is only possible when using the following steps:
22-X Incoming Call Service – 22-11 DDI Translation table – 22-11-05 Target 2 – 401 DISA
25-02 VRS/DISA Message – on a specific Trunk, select Talkie Type VRS Message – and choose a VRS message number, e.g., 1 (representing DISA 401 with the option to use DISA USER 01)
On a specific Trunk, 25-01 VRS/DISA Line Basic Setup – Set DISA User ID value to 0
25-08 DISA User ID Setup – User 01 without a password
25-11 DISA User Toll Restriction Class – TRS level that prohibits external calls
This process seems to be the only way to prevent external calls on the DISA/VRS system and avoid defrauding by callers. However, it doesn't allow for multiple DISA/VRS/AA setups on the same Trunk with DID. Is our understanding correct, or is it possible to have multiple DISA/VRS/AA on a single Trunk with DID?
