Disabling digital line card in 6.0

I'm getting ready to pull out a digital line card out of our 6.0 system to replace with a T1 card. Removed all the programmed TNs on the card and preparing to pull it out, but the card disabled red light won't come on.

STAT on the card shows CARD UNEQ.

DISC on the card shows CARD UNEQ.

Still no red light.

Pull it out anyway. Light doesn't have to be on.

If you want to test, build a phone against the card, disable the phone, and see if the red light comes on. If not, it's an issue where the card needs to be reseated anyway because it's not seeing the backplane correctly.

Built a phone, disabled the TN, no red light.

Left the TN disabled, DISC the card, red light.

Pulled the card and deleted the temporary TN.
