Disabling caller ID on 8410d

Hey guys, I have read through the forum and see alot of people wanting to add caller id but what if I want to disable it on a handful of 8410d digital phones. The manager wants to stop his guys from picking and choosing calls they want to answer but I am trying to accomplish this without buying new phones. Thanks.

If you change the set type to an 8410B, it will probably show garbage on the screen and essentially do what you're asking.
