How do I disable call appearance from phone B on Phone A (if possible). Neither phone has bridged call alerting active, however, Phone A uses phone B as a coverage point in it's defined coverage path. I suspect nothing can be done and it's working as designed. The user at phone A can't resist pushing the green light and interrupting Phone B's conversation.

Thanks

So phone A has phone B bridged appearances on it? Or phone A is listed as a point in phone B's coverage path?

In the future everything will work...

There is a switch feature called exclusion. It can be envolked either manually or automatically. Youcould also try putting the 'Data Protection' on the COS that would prevent barge-in.
