Hi Guys,

Here's an easy one I hope. I have an ITG card I need to disable to FTP IPL30502 to the card from OTM. It says FTP failed when I try to transmit the software from OTM but then it says the card needs to be disabled in the help. Anybody familiar with this procedure? Any procedures or advice would be appeciated.

Thank You,

Doug

Log into the PBX and go to ld 32.

DISC (Card number). When the red light is on, you will be able to upload the IP Line loadware.

Ok, they may seem dumb, I have three cabinets. I need to know how to figure out card numbers. The manual says disc s c, what does this mean?

Sorry,

Doug

The cabinet with the SSC card in it is the main..probably has a cabinet to the right of it and one under it or something like that. The main is slots 0 - 10, the next cabinet is 11 -20 the next is 21 - 30.The PE cables should be labled with a number..if it was done right, that is your card(loop) number.Option 11 uses C and U card and unit so you need to use disc C U command.

If you have access to the PABX TTY and you know your ITG Route Number, if not go to:-
LD 21
REQ PRT
TYPE RDB
CUST x (Return) will print out all your RDB's

Once you've established your ITG Route in the same overlay LD 21
REQ LTM
ROUTE X (Return) Lists out your members i.e. in your case Slot

Cheers!!
