How to disable voice message in one for the ext ??

to disable the voice mail service. Which mean I don't want if call not body pick up it will forward the voice mail.

I'm sorry what you have typed still does not make any sense.

You have the following scenario.

ext= 4000, vm= 1000
to divert a phone on no answer or busy do the following

CDINIIR=4000,DIV=1000;

to remove the divert, ie to stop the phone from diverting to voicemail do

CDINEIR=4000;

to divert all calls,
set a CDINI as above, and program a CAD key

KSFKPIR=4000,KEY=xx,FCN=CAD;

then press the CAD key to divert all calls.

for analogue phones set up a CDINI as above
and manually from the keypad type

*2*1000# to divert all calls
and
#2# to remove divert.

Anything else you'll need to type your question clearly or ask somone to interpret the question for you.

Command CDIDP: DIR=ext or ALL is only printout with information which extension have divert position.

To check current status use SUSIPIR=xxxx
