Disable VCOM MXtask.exe

I am new to Tek-Tips and I don't know if I am in the right section of the forum.
I use VCOM SystemSuite.
But their background process MXTASK.EXE appears twice in Task Manager.
I know that I don't need this process since I don't use their antivirus application and I don't automatically update.
I have 2 Process manager applications but they only offer to terminate the process. I would like to disable that process.
I searched in the Settings of SystemSuite and there is no option to disable MXTASK.
Anybody who knows SystemSuite could give me an advice, please?

Download Sysinternals/Microsoft's AutoRuns:

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Autoruns.html

Unpack to its own folder and run it.
Uncheck one or both instances of MXTASK.EXE. and save your settings.

To re-enable, reverse the process.

I downloaded Sysinternals/Microsoft's AutoRuns.

Saw that MXTASK was in Services under SystemSuite Task Manager.

I disabled it
