Is there any way of disabling multiple user accounts in one go? I have over 1000 accounts to disable in Netware 5 and it will take forever doing it manually through NWADMIN.

If anyone has batch commands for doing this or any tips my soon to be worn out mouse finger would be eternally grateful!!

I don't know of a utility other than NW Admin that can do this.
In NW Admin go to Object\Search. Then set the top most context that all the users have in common, but does not include the users you want to leave alone. Then search for users and check the box for "Search entire subtree". That will bring up another browser window with all the users listed. Select them all and then click on Object\Details on Multible Objects. From there you can make changes that will affect all the users selected.
If your tree is really complicated you might have to do this a few times, but it should help a lot.

Hi.
JRB Software ( a suite of utilities that I've used several times over the years.

You can download a portion of their utilities for free here:

I believe that the one you want is called setrest.exe
You can go to the Utilities link on their web site for documentation on how to use setrest.

Good luck
