Disable tool-tips in explorer?

I might have just missed an option somewhere, but I would like to disable that window that appears in explorer when you put your mouse over a file, showing detailed information about that file.

In the Explorer window, click on Tools and Folder Options.
Select the View tab, and scroll to the bottom of the Advanced options. Uncheck the box that says "Show Pop-up description for folder and desktop items".
