Disable the "Idle-set Display" feature

Is there a way to completely disable the Idle-set display function? I turned off Nortel Branding,I did not put anything in the idleset display gate openers. I loose the "logged out" on the agent phones.

You should also post this question in the Symposium forum. Those folks fool with call centers everyday and may have looked into this before.

you should put your company name there IF you want that display to show agent status.. should show logged out with cls tdd.. 3900 series i would check my firmware

now i see the other half of your question.. add a display key.. this is a switch problem as opposed to symposium.. that box does not allow screen changes to logged out agents// or if it does i can't find it..

I am just going to suggest upgrading the phones to 3900 series sets.
