disable start button

OK, so I found the code to make the start bar invisible, but then when I press the windows button, the menu still comes up. How do I disable the start menu? Cyprus

I did this by using SystemParametersInfo to tell windows that the screen saver is running, then the windows key doesn't work. I accidentally discovered this while trying to disable ctrl+alt+delete.
However, this (may) only work in 9x. I know the Ctrl+Alt+Del trick only works in 9x, don't know about the win key tho. [Thanks in advance|Hope I helped you]
