Disable printing multiple invoices

How do I disable users from printing multiple copies of invoices. I have removed the include printed switch but when they print for the first time, they can print as many invoices as they wish

You'll have to rewrite the Accpac Crystal wrapper to bypass the regular prompt for # of copies.

Thanks a lot Jay. Unforunately I dont know how to rewrite the Accpac crystall wrapper. Do you know where can I get that piece of information.

It means you write your own VB or VBA programs that call the Crystal objects. This will get you started:

OK, so tell your users not to print more than one copy of an invoice, and if they do then fire them. Simple, we're all adults and people should be trusted to do the right thing.
