disable outgoing calls by a period of time daily

hi.
How i can do for disable outgoing calls by a period of time daily, for periods when the people would not have to be calling.

Someone commented to me that this option wasn't posibble when the system are in ACD.

Comment about this option for disable outgoing calls and their restrictions please.

What if you disable outgoing calls and someone has a heart attack and cant dial 911. Just something to remember.

You can program the Scheduled Access Restrictions or the Scheduled Electronic Lock in LD 88 This feature allows to block calls by extension or NCOS creating a schedule.
See the Features and Services manual

and you can allow 911 even with sar.. it changes the ncos required to make a call based on the rlb.. i usually build an rlb just for 911, frl 0 and do not add a time of day frl change on just that rlb..

so on a tod/dow schedule you can require sets to have ncos 7 to make a call.. get a little more detailed and have calls made past 17:00 require a auth code except for 911.. the switch is very flexable on the bars side

and since acd is inbound, the outbound scr on those sets can be handled the same as any other outbound call.. inbound to the acd cane be re-routed via tod/dow with either ncfw or a mail app

the calls for 911 not are necesary in our scenary and definitively it was taken in mind.

But will need that you explain me with more details how build a scheduled restrictions for each NCOS, please show me an example or code, thanks a lot.

start by reading the faq on that.. i'm not working this month so i can't paste code BUT if you paste one npa from 90 and the related rlb in 86 we can get you started
