Disable onboard memory and enable parity on Cisco 1600 series?..

I got this router 1603. it has it's onboard mem disabled and parity on the add-one 4 meg ram enabled.
How do I enable the onboard memory and diable parity on the ram addon ram?

I am using IOS 12.2(5)

to be able to actually use the onboard memory, you'll need a non-parity stick of DRAM. The one in your router has parity, which 'disables' the onboard memory.
