Is there a way to disable a user from logging on to another PC/System on the network if he/she is already logged on?
Need assistance.

Are we talking domain network here (and domain logon?) If so, you should be able to limit number of concurrent logons for that user on the server (to 1, if only allowed to logon to network once). If its a workgroup, then all logons are local - so can logon to whatever machine you know user id/password for.

It is a domain network. How can I limit the number of concurrent logon on the server(Win 2000 server)?

If you go to the properties on a user account go to the account tab and select the Log on to button. There you can select at least one computer that the person can log in to so if they are supposed to stay in one place they can only log in to the network from there. I wasn't able to find the restricted ammount off hand.
