Disable mailbox prompt

When reaching a mailbox and dialing 0 the voicemail plays the general delivery prompt before sending the caller to the attendant extension. Is there a way to disable this prompt?

None of what you said sounds like anything default, it must be something you/they have customised and so difficult to suggest a fix, is this Vm Pro?

VM Pro.
The only workaround I think is to re-record the prompt to say something custom.
