Disable internet connection

Hey guys i have an odd request that i can't figure out what is the best way to accomplish this.

Problem:
Need to disable access to internet, but allow access to one particular website for mail purposes.

If anyone has an idea on what i should do THANKS in advance.

By the way, ignore the fact that the above was written for an earlier IE version. The tip works fine under IE 6 and later.
