Disable CO ring Back

Dear,

i am the new user of PANASONIC TD1232 PBX. can anyone tell me how to disable CO ringing back ? I got this problem since the installation and it's so trouble. all extensions in my office ring from time to time. the display shows that
CO = CO02 and blinking.

You can do this from
Program 990
Area 01
Bit 2 (change it from 0 to 1)
But this program will disable conference on single EXT.
