Disable authentication

I am using windows authentication in the rules.
Is it possible to disable the authentication popups when the client's logon credential actually don't match my rules ?

As far as I know, no. But why would you like to do so?

To prevent unauthorized people guessing others account & password. Some people maybe willing to share his account with others.

That is a problem in deed (lending and guessing account & password). But I have not found a way to disable authentication logon pop ups - granted, but I have not actively looked around either as this is normal behaviour.
