Disable archive email function in Exch 2007

Dear All,

Does anyone know how to disable Archive email function in the Exchange 2007 ent?
Does Exch 2007 provide this function?
I know how to do it inthe Outlook porgram.
My boss doesn't want anyone can archive email to their local PC.

Please help!

That's completely an Outlook issue. GPO to disable the functionality in Outlook.

Yes, Exchange doesn't do it or know about it. The facility is available by default in Outlook and as Pat say, you can disable that with a GPO / registry key change.
